Terms of Use

Walk: Dog Walk Tracker - Last updated October 22, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Make Art Inc. ("we", "us") for your use of the Walk app and this website. By using Walk, you agree to these terms. Walk is also licensed to you under Apple's standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. If these terms ever conflict with Apple's standard agreement, the term that gives you the stronger protection applies to the extent the law allows.

The app

Walk records dog walks, routes, and related activity on your iPhone. Features may change over time as the app is updated. Walk is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Safety

Walk is a tracking and record-keeping tool. It is not a pet location device, a safety service, or a substitute for watching your dog. GPS accuracy varies with signal, weather, and surroundings, and routes or distances may be approximate.

Your content

Your walks, photos, clips, and dog profiles belong to you. They live on your device, and we claim no ownership over them. When you share a walk card or any other content outside the app, you are responsible for what you share and for making sure you have the right to share it.

Disclaimer and liability

Walk and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, Make Art Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including inaccurate routes, missed notifications, or data lost when a device is lost, damaged, or reset. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be on this page with its date. Continuing to use Walk after a change means you accept the updated terms.
